Top Dog and Life and Death in the Big Easy co-written with my wife Cynthia chronicle the adventures of Drake Martin, a very special shape shifter. Where other shifters become large ferocious animals like bears, wolves, or large cats, Drake transforms into an eight pound Yorkshire terrier. Though not much good in a scrap, the little fellow can go places his larger colleagues can't, and in either form he's irresistible to women.
